I met coach Eros the summer going into my senior year. I had not played a down on varsity nor was I ready to. Whether it was film sessions early on Sunday mornings at his house or footwork drills at any field that had space, coach Eros was dedicated to me and my growth. This dedication paid off because not only did I throw for 2,300 yards and 20 TDS, I also signed with Yale University to play quarterback. None of this could have been accomplished without coach Eros. He brought me from nothing to something and always believed in me. He is a great trainer, but an even better person. Much Love,

Coach E was instrumental in Donny’s improved performance at the quarterback position. In a short period of time, Donny gained overall confidence as a football player, improved in game speed decision making and exhibited proper form far beyond his age. Coach E has a great teaching demeanor especially for young players and is extremely supportive of a well rounded person and athlete. Coach E takes an individualized approach for each athlete ensuring they are getting the right training at the right time. Coach E breaks down the form of the quarterback into easy to understand steps and uses examples outside of football to explain concepts. He has a gift of coaching and connecting with the players.

As a parent of twin boys who love the game of football we have had many coaches in their lives. Our boys have been playing football since they were 6 years old. We have had coaches that were really good and some not so good. Cole has played almost every position on the field with the exception of O line and kicker. Cole had never played quarterback until his 8th grade year at DeLaSalle High School. He was raw and unrefined. He had never been coached for this position and quickly became to love the role he was put in. Cole expressed that he wanted to continue to play quarterback, So we called the varsity head coach and we asked what we could do to help. He put us in touch with Coach Eros Sanchez and within a few weeks Cole showed serious improvement. Coach E took Cole under his wing and corrected his foot work, his release, he built Cole up and gave him the confidence that he needed to step into the starting varsity quarterback position. Coach showed him how to play this position and even more so he taught him how to be a leader; a good leader with the ability to rally his team around him. Cole under the tutelage of Coach E led his team to the state championship in his Sophomore year. Moreover Coach E has taught Cole patience and how to earn the respect of players who are two some maybe three years older. Coach E, doesn’t accept excuses and through all of this God comes first. Since the first day I met Coach E, I saw nothing but pure talent and knowledge for the game of football at an instant. Coach E impressed me with every move he made, which made me want Coach E to coach my son to the best of his ability. Ever since he has been teaching my son, I saw my son transform from a park ball quarterback to a high school calibre quarterback at the age of 14. Coach E is the best quarterback coordinator compared to any other quarterback coach I have met or trained with in my entire life. I intend to have Coach E as my son’s coach throughout high school and college. With his help, I know we will make it to the next level.

My son began working with Coach Sanchez in January 2019. Up to working with Coach Sanchez my son had worked with several QB coaches since he was 6 years old. My son is now 17, and Coach Sanchez is the best QB coach he has ever worked with. My son has attended the Manning Camp, and he said working with Coach Sanchez is far more beneficial than attending the Manning Camp. Coach Sanchez’s knowledge of the game and the QB position is phenomenal. Not only is Coach Sanchez a great QB coach, but he truly cares about the athletes he works with. We drive 60 miles one way to work with Coach Sanchez, and we would travel even farther if we had to! If your son is serious about pursuing the QB position, then Coach Sanchez is your guy!

My first encounter with Coach Sanchez was that he seems like a knowledgeable guy, but that didn’t mean much to me being the analytical Coach and Father I am. I’m extremely careful of who I trust my son’s training with, especially since he’s a QB. I can honestly say that we were extremely impressed with not only Coach Sanchez’s knowledge of the QB position, but his command and compassion he possesses for each of his pupils. He truly cares about their development, not just as Quarterbacks, but as young men. Coach Sanchez is a God fearing man, and I’m pleased to know and trust him.

I have 2 sons that have been training with coach Eros for the past 4 years they started at ages 8 and 10. Since their training they have developed tremendously as quarterbacks. They have learned mechanics, reading defenses, timing and footwork at an advanced level. Both have won several flag football championships including Play 60 NFL Flag, FNA Flag and Under Armour Flag Football. They have won 2 State championships beating out 60 of the best teams in the state and 2 Regional tournaments qualifying them for the National championship in which they placed 5th in the nation in one and will be traveling to the University of Notre Dame to play in another. .
