Please carefully read the waiver/release form for this program prior to filling out the quarterback university application. If you are accepted and make a deposit or payment it is final (no refunds will be given). Make sure you contact us at info@quarterbackuniversity.org if you have any questions after acceptance and before making a payment

To start your application, complete the form and click the “APPLY” button at the bottom of this page. All required information/fields must be filled out prior to submitting. Once the application is completed and submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for application review. If you are accepted into a program, you will receive program opportunities via email from erosqb@gmail.com
We will get back with You
We will only accept online registrations this year. Programs are for serious youth/high school/college quarterbacks who want to be the best they can be. Spaces are limited.
Prior to completing the application form, please read the waiver form and acknowledge acceptance in the application.
